Abstract

Развитие современного образования происходит в условиях перманентно изменяющихся условий, что требует от системы определенной пластичности с одновременным сохранением накопленных традиций и ориентиров. Однако темпы изменений намного опережают процесс развития образования, и в таких случаях работники системы оказываются не готовыми для того, чтобы выбрать правильные стратегические и тактические решения. Статья посвящена анализу возникающих и усиливающих свое влияние реалий, их компонентного состава и некоторых направлений их нейтрализации. Основным направлением системы образования в данном свете выступает задача формирования человека-интеллигента, человека Цивилизации, на которую сделан подробный акцент.

The development of modern education takes place in the conditions of permanently changing conditions, which requires a certain plasticity of the system while maintaining the accumulated traditions and guidelines. However, the pace of change is much faster than the development of education, and in such cases, the employees of the system are not ready to choose the right strategic and tactical decisions. The article is devoted to the analysis of emerging and increasing the impact of the realities of the component composition and some areas of their neutralization. The main direction of the education system in this light is the task of formation of a person-an intellectual, a person of Civilization, and a detailed emphasis is made on this very Civilization.
