ВЛИЯНИЕ БЕЛКОВОГО КОНЦЕНТРАТА НА МОЛОЧНУЮ ПРОДУКТИВНОСТЬ КОРОВ

Abstract

Существует множество аспектов, от которых зависит продуктивность животных и качество произведенной продукции. И главный из них - кормление. Зачастую несбалансированный рацион приводит к недополучению продукции, влияет на физиологические процессы в организме животного и в целом может привести к экономическим потерям сельскохозяйственного производства. Поэтому поиск дешевых, качественных, натуральных кормов и кормовых добавок очень актуален в настоящее время. Особенно важно подобрать дополнительные источники белка и энергии. Цель исследования - изучить эффективность использования белкового концентрата «Агро-Матик» в рационе высокопродуктивных коров в первые сто дней лактации. Белковый концентрат вводили в концентратную смесь двух опытных групп. Суточная подача концентрата для групп была разная. Разные нормы ввода корма позволили выбрать оптимальную, позволяющую получить наибольший экономический эффект от производства молока. Для изучения влияния концентрата на качество молока провели исследования его качественных показателей и технологических свойств. По результатам сычужно-бродильной пробы определили сыропригодность производимого молока опытными животными. Полученные результаты исследования свидетельствуют, что скармливание 900 граммов белкового концентрата в сутки коровам в период раздоя позволяет увеличить производство молока, при этом улучшить его качественные и технологические характеристики и получить экономический эффект. Впервые в сельскохозяйственном предприятии Пермского края произведена оценка использования в рационе кормления высокопродуктивных коров белкового концентрата «Агро-Матик». Концентрат производится в России по уникальной технологии из белого люпина, обладает высокой степенью санитарной защиты, что очень актуально во времена импортозамещения в условиях многочисленных экономических санкций. Установленная оптимальная норма ввода в рацион животных концентрата может применяться в различных агропредприятиях.

There are many aspects on which the productivity of animals and the quality of the goods produced depend. And the main one is feeding. Often, an unbalanced diet leads to a shortage of products, affects the physiological processes in the animal’s body and, in general, can lead to economic losses of agricultural production. Therefore, the search for cheap, high-quality, natural feed and feed additives is very relevant nowadays. It is of prime importance to choose additional sources of protein and energy. The purpose of this research was to study the feed conversion efficiency of protein concentrate «Agro-Matic» in the diet of highly productive cows in the first hundred days of lactation. The protein concentrate was introduced into a concentrate mixture of two experimental groups. The daily supply of the concentrate for the groups was different. Different feed input rates has allowed us to choose the optimal one, which provides for getting the greatest possible economic effect from milk production. To study the effect of the concentrate on the milk quality, the research of its qualitative indicators and technological properties was carried out. According to the results of the rennet fermentation test, the cheese suitability of the milk produced by experienced animals was determined. The results of the study indicate that feeding cows with 900 grams of protein concentrate per day during the milking period allows increasing milk production as well as improving its qualitative and technological characteristics and obtaining an economic effect. The use of protein concentrate «Agro-Matic» in the feeding diet of highly productive cows was evaluated in an agricultural company of the Perm Region for the first time. The concentrate is produced in Russia using a unique technology of the white lupine, it has a high degree of sanitary protection, which is very important in times of import substitution in the face of numerous economic sanctions. The established optimal rate of introducing concentrate into the diet of animals can be used in various agricultural companies.
